After a violent shooting, Dano joins the trio, and they begin to flee south, away from the city. They see with their own eyes the devastation and destruction that the virus has inflicted on the city. Dead bodies are scattered everywhere, while the roads are jammed with abandoned cars. They need to find food, drink, and shelter that would protect them from the darkness and terrors of the night. Virus is the story of the struggle and suffering of four people to survive in a cruel world that no longer desires their existence.
